Type of drug
A nonsteroidal compound is a drug that is neither a steroid nor a steroid derivative.[1][2] Nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) are distinguished from corticosteroids as a class of anti-inflammatory agents.[3]
