[edit]My phone and the Web Archive
[edit]Good afternoon. I recently dowloaded three videos to my phone. All this year, but the phone shows that one was downloaded in 2025 and the other in 2016. I have a Redmi 12 pro+. Maybe it's showing when the videos were uploaded where i downloaded them from? Also, what does it mean when the time stamp is green instead of blue on the Wayback Machine? Speaking of the Wayback Machine, is anyone also getting 503 errors? Thanks. ~2026-24671-3 (talk) 15:17, 7 February 2026 (UTC)
- Not sure about the download date: you may well be right. Re Wayback: According to Archive.org's help page
- "Blue means the web server result code the crawler got for the related capture was a 2nn (good); Green means the crawlers got a status code 3nn (redirect); Orange means the crawler got a status code 4nn (client error), and Red means the crawler saw a 5nn (server error). Most of the time you will probably want to select the blue dots or links."
- In my experience only the blue dots ever work. If you mostly find green or orange dots, try going back to much earlier saves - sometimes there's only one blue one in the whole list. MinorProphet (talk) 17:43, 7 February 2026 (UTC)
