CBSUA Wikimedia Meetup

[edit]Central Bicol State University of Agriculture, as a state university, is home to a community of Wikipedians who have been actively contributing to Wikimedia projects for many years.
CBSUA has strong ties with PH-WC and Bikol Wikipedia Community. The roots of the partnership can be traced back to 2012, with conferences and training sessions involving CBSUA faculty and students beginning in 2017.[1] In 2023, the CBSUA Wiki Club became the first university based organization of Wikimedians in the Philippines.
This meetup aims to provide opportunities for knowledge exchange and capacity building among contributors and educators, and promote the use of Wikimedia projects as valuable tools for education and the free dissemination of knowledge.
