Capitalization of Black and White?

The Wikipedia Manual of Style states: "Ethno-racial "color labels" may be given capitalized (Black and White) or lower-case (black and white)." Thompson uses "Black" and "white" (e.g., the Black boy was lynched by white men). I've adopted Thompson's convention. Guidance welcomed! Don Q314 (talk) 20:27, 4 November 2024 (UTC)Reply

Thompson is as important to ESPN's culinary/cultutal investigation of the contemporary Southern United States, TrueSouth, as is series host John T. Edge. While this doesn't need to be the focus of the article, it does merit serious mention.
