"supports this Young British Artists' (YBA's) interest in "making textures and surfaces seem compelling" (what doe this actually mean - seems like weasel words or non NPOV to me).

"In recent criticism he has been forthright, even earnest, about his allegiance to art that has serious visual content." This as well. "serious visual content" means what exactly?

As it stands, it's not a quote, it's unreferenced and reads as editorial interpretation (i.e. WP:OR), not to mention being incomprehensible in its vagueness. Best removed. Ty 02:37, 19 December 2009 (UTC)Reply
