Does CBC Newsworld have a worldwide broadcast like CNNI and BBC World? What is the availability/viewship total? SD6-Agent 12:00, 2 November 2005 (UTC)Reply

Yes, Newsworld International existed from 1995 to 2005 until it was sold to Al Gore and became Current. I uploaded the first Newsworld logo from 1989, the other one is the third logo, but there was a second one used from 1991-1993 that resembled a "metalic ribbon". Does anyone recall the "controversy" over the station airing 22 Minutes and Air Farce reruns? I seem to recall the station being forced to remove them due to the programs being a violation of the licencing agreement for the network. - August 27 2006

Hello. WikiKing1500 here. I just found out that you can watch CBC News Network on CBWT-DT channel 6 (CBC Winnipeg station) every noon on weekdays (12-1 PM), and online on CBC Gem. Does anybody know if the channel is carried on their local CBC stations (I live in Winnipeg) WikiKing1500 (talk) 17:23, 24 June 2026 (UTC)Reply
