There is an omission/ error here.
"The jury confirmed guilt (convicted) as to the remaining (non-dropped) Section 2 offence as to disclosure of those classified matters in no way in the public domain. The only penalty imposed was against Berry and was non-custodial; but criminal records of all three would hamper certain sensitive employment."
I can't see the issue. This section is about all three defendants, and the sentence in question says Berry was given a non-custodial penalty. Where is the ambiguity? Wire723 (talk) 07:54, 7 August 2025 (UTC)Reply
