Tuili is a town and comune (municipality) in the Province of Medio Campidano in the autonomous island region of Sardinia in Italy, located about 60 kilometres (37 mi) north of Cagliari and about 20 kilometres (12 mi) northeast of Sanluri. It has 882 inhabitants.[2]

Tuili borders the municipalities of Barumini, Gesturi, Las Plassas, Pauli Arbarei, Setzu, and Turri.

As of 2026, the population is 882, of which 49.0% are male, and 51.0% are female. Minors make up 9.5% of the population, and seniors make up 37.8%.[2]
