Setzu is a village and comune (municipality) in the Province of Medio Campidano in the autonomous island region of Sardinia in Italy, located about 60 kilometres (37 mi) northwest of Cagliari and about 15 kilometres (9 mi) north of Sanluri. It has 127 inhabitants.[2]

Setzu borders the municipalities of Genoni, Genuri, Gesturi, Tuili, and Turri.

Demographics

As of 2026, the population is 127, of which 51.2% are male, and 48.8% are female. Minors make up 11.8% of the population, and seniors make up 33.9%.[2]
