Segariu is a town and comune (municipality) in the Province of Medio Campidano in the autonomous island region of Sardinia in Italy, located about 40 kilometres (25 mi) northwest of Cagliari and about 7 kilometres (4 mi) east of Sanluri. It has 1,074 inhabitants.[2]
Segariu borders the municipalities of Furtei, Guasila, and Villamar.

[edit]As of 2026, the population is 1,074, of which 49.9% are male, and 50.1% are female. Minors make up 10.7% of the population, and seniors make up 29.5%.[2]
