I edited this article to try and address the Ad content template banner. As I am a new wiki editor I thought it would be better to know the opinion of a more senior editor before I remove it.

Proposed merge of Freshservice into Freshworks

I have a conflict of interest because I consult for Freshworks through Ad Bacon Digital LLC. My paid relationship is disclosed on my user page.

I’d like to propose merging Freshservice into Freshworks, with Freshservice becoming a redirect to the relevant section of the Freshworks article.

Freshservice has received independent coverage, so I don’t think outright deletion is necessarily appropriate. However, the standalone article is very short, its notability as a standalone topic has already been questioned, and the durable encyclopedic information about the product may fit more naturally within the broader Freshworks article.

I have a separate COI edit request pending on Talk:Freshservice regarding two statements in the current article. If a merge goes forward, I’m proposing that only durable, well-sourced information be incorporated into Freshworks, rather than automatically carrying over all of the current wording.

I’d appreciate input from uninvolved editors on whether a merge would be appropriate.
