I have a conflict of interest because I consult for Freshworks through Ad Bacon Digital LLC. My paid relationship is also disclosed on my user page.
I'd like to request two removals from the Freshservice article:
1. Please remove: "Freshservice is targeted towards small business operations"
This appears to be an outdated and overly narrow characterization presented as current. More recent independent coverage describes Freshservice as serving organizations of different sizes; for example, TechRadar's May 2025 review describes it as suitable for teams of all sizes and identifies the mid-market as a particular strength: https://www.techradar.com/reviews/freshservice
2. Please remove: "It's a subscription software and does not offer a free plan."
This is current pricing/availability information rather than durable encyclopedic information. Wikipedia's guidance at WP:NOTSALE says product pricing or availability information generally should not be included unless independent sources establish encyclopedic significance for it. I am not proposing replacement language about current pricing or trial availability.

- 1. Removed the part
- 2. I am of the opinion that it should stay as it's present in most software articles such as Apple Music. But will let editors to opine. MediumFPS (talk) 09:03, 2 September 2026 (UTC)
