- Luigia Bendazzi (Amelia) and Carlo Negrini (Gabriele Adorno) in Simon Boccanegra
- Settimio Malvezzi (Rodolfo) in Luisa Miller
- Giovanni Severi (Arvino) in I Lombardi alla prima crociata
- Teresa De Giuli Borsi (Lida) in La battaglia di Legnano
- Carolina Rapazzini (Medora) in Il corsaro
- Filippo Coletti (Gusmano) in Alzira and (Francesco) in I masnadieri. He was a lifelong friend of Verdi.
