Round 1: Potted biographies
[edit]Extra
[edit]Round 2: Potted biographies from featured articles in non-English language wikipedia versions[a]
[edit]Please recheck that an entry on English language wikipedia has not already been created, albeit with a different name, before progressing a new translation too far: selection programme is currently at the "β stage".
note
[edit]- ↑ "Featured articles" from French and German wikipedias tend to be, by the standards of most English-language entries, very long. There may be cases where you think a truncated wiki-entry will be all that English language readers require. But that, of course, is a matter for case by case individual judgment.
