5th January 2020 : First scheduled conference call was held after the Mumbai Meetup.
9th February 2020 : Community members shared updates about NTD articles
15th February 2020 : Community members talked about an in-person event and discussed challenges while editing healthcare articles.
22 March 2020 : Team discussed an emergency plan-of-action in response to the Corona Virus outbreak
5 April 2020 : Community members updated each other with developments regarding coronavirus articles.
14 June 2020 : In response to the recent mental health debate sparked off by the demise of Actor Sushant Singh Rajput, community members discussed about lack of quality articles on Mental Health in Indic language Wikis. Community Members decided to organise a Mental Health Awareness Week, to improve the quality of such articles.

The first online meeting of 2022 of the members of Wikimedia SWASTHA, was held on the 17th of October. This online meeting came after a very long lull of more than two years. The primary agenda of the meeting was to kickstart the initiative with renewed energy. Some important points were discussed during the call as well as a proposal for an in-person meetup, in the immediate future, was agreed upon by all who were present.
As a result of an online meetup, held on the 17th of October, 2022, an in-person meetup is planned in either November or December, 2022. Owing to logistical and practical reasons, the venue is most likely going to be the southern Indian city of Bengaluru in Karnataka.

21 April 2024 : Brainstorming Session to, regroup, discuss the condition of healthcare information on Indic Wikis, and discuss plans to improve them.
12 May 2024 : Follow-up Session to the previous Brainstorming session to discuss future plan of action for the proposals in the previous session
26 May 2024 : Online Meeting to discuss Pre-Conference Activities and colaborations.
19 August 2024 : Online Meeting to finalize conference details.
25 August 2024 : Pre-Conference Community Meeting to Engage Interested Participants from all over the world about Wikipedia Healthcare Conference 2024.
1 September 2024 : Wikipedia Healthcare Conference Pre-Conference Meetup to discuss and finalize the conference grant application process.

Basic healthcare outreach in India concept is very well discussed and documented at WikiConnect meetups from 2016.

Delhi Meetup (3rd November 2019) : SWASTHA Concept was discussed at Delhi Meetup in November 2019.
WikiConference North America (9th November 2019) : Project was discussed during Wikimedia Medicine Lunch.
Dedicated event was planned to discuss this project in Mumbai from 27th to 29th December 2019.

1 February 2022: Offline Meetup was organized in Hyderabad between team members to regroup post-pandemic and share ideas about current activities going on in Wikipedia. It was planned to have a meetup at the sidelines of the upcoming WCI Hyderabad 2023.

30th April 2023: The SWASTHA team met on the sidelines of Wiki Conference India 2023. The team discussed collaborative efforts with Bangladesh Wiki community and ways to grow the SWASTHA community in Bangladesh.
