Wikipedia:RfA reform 2012/Proposal by Anthonyhcole

There are two stages to the RfA: argument and vote. In the first stage, the community constructs

• WP:RfA/Drongo/Case for and
• WP:RfA/Drongo/Case against

a couple of essays with diffs basically, analogous to the closing arguments/presentations in a hearing before a judge. Questions to the candidate may appear on either of the case talk pages. That is, discussion occurs on

• WT:RfA/Drongo/Case for and
• WT:RfA/Drongo/Case against,

while

• WP:RfA/Drongo/Case for and
• WP:RfA/Drongo/Case against

would contain the product of that discussion, with diffs. When both essays are stable, they or links to them are posted at the top of WP:RfA/Drongo.
