This month, the edits began again. Their reason provided for the changes is that the sources provided are wrong but no other source is provided to back their claim. - Well, I was going to say that the RUSUKR parts of the article are very small, and thus the page doesn't require ECP, then I checked the edit summary and saw active disruption (and not for the first time). Sigh.
