Currently, 6,979 of a total of 7,216,577 Wikipedia articles (about 1 in 1,030) are featured articles, which have been thoroughly reviewed according to the featured article criteria. In addition 44,541 articles (about 1 in 160) are good articles which meet the good article criteria. Combined Wikipedia has 51,520 articles (about one in 140) which are either good or featured.
