Wikipedia:Overreacting

It is important to keep your cool while using Wikipedia, but even the best of us can get involved in a heated debate. If someone says you might be overreacting, take a few moments and stop to ponder whether it is the case. If you are, perhaps a wikibreak or simply walking away from the situation may be the best option.
Steps in not over-reacting

- If you are unsure as to whether you might be overreacting, check with someone else.
- React accordingly.
