I have read through all of your terms and ensured that this photo is licensed under Commons, the freely licensed media file repository. This will be the only article that displays this image anywhere on Wikipedia. Therefore this fulfills the minimal requirement. The Buddy Holly primary photo needs revising due to the current extremely distorted & unproportional sized used. Webmw (talk) 11:42, 9 May 2012 (UTC)

Description: Example of a Kick Off magazine cover URL: http://toolbox.kickoff.inxcom.com/uploads/images/5reasons_cover.jpg?badger=1336725274 License: {{Non-free magazine cover}} The image is a size and resolution sufficient to maintain the quality intended by the company or organization, without being unnecessarily high resolution. The image is placed in the infobox at the top of the article discussing the magazine, a subject of public interest. The significance of the image is to help the reader identify the organization, assure the readers that they have reached the right article containing critical commentary about the organization, and illustrate the organization's intended branding message in a way that words alone could not convey. Smoke on the Water riff

Description: The signature riff from Deep Purple's "Smoke on the Water", in standard notation and guitar tablature. (SVG; intended to replace JPEG version.) URL: http://www.kempt.net/~glenn/tmp/Smoke_on_the_Water_riff001.svg License: I believe this is fair use: the notation constitutes about six seconds of music, it's for the purpose of illustrating the discussion about the riff in the text in the context of music criticism, it makes the text description much clearer to have the notation there ... and it's a re-creation (in SVG) of an existing (JPEG) image of the same notation of the same riff already used on the page. This is also spelled out in a comment block near the top of http://www.kempt.net/~glenn/tmp/Smoke_on_the_Water_riff.abc Link To License Information: see below (and above) Author/Copyright Holder's Name: Composers: Ritchie Blackmore, Ian Gillan, Roger Glover, Jon Lord, Ian Paice. Transcription this is copied from: User:Cielomobile. This specific file created by D. Glenn Arthur Jr. (User:ichthanthrope), but I think this counts more as a 'copy' than a 'derivative work', so I'm not sure I have any copyright claim in the first place, and hereby forsake any claim I do have regarding copyright on this file. Article To Be Used On/Reason For Upload: Smoke on the Water -- because the existing notation is a JPEG, and the file: page for the existing image requests an SVG. (This is the exact same information as is in the JPEG currently shown on that page, re-rendered in SVG using a different notation program.) Since this is generated programatically from a text input file, I'm following the guidance given for "charts" and making the source file available as well.
