• Delete. The replacement file is clearly the same person with the same signature, probably taken around 1890. It seems reasonable to guess that the photographer died before 1948, so it is public domain rather than CC 4.0. Aymatth2 (talk) 12:09, 22 October 2018 (UTC)
• Keep' per User:Asclepias below. As of 2003, the Italian Copyright Statute Article 92 said "The exclusive right in respect of photographs shall subsist for 20 years from the making of the photograph." That has since been superseded by a more normal death+70, but the change would not have been retroactive. This photo is PD and belongs in Commons. Aymatth2 (talk) 12:08, 24 October 2018 (UTC)
