Delete: despite the photo being freely licensed, the design on the t-shirt is not the work of the photographer, so as a derivative work we really require the artist's permission to keep this image. ww2censor (talk) 09:35, 23 April 2018 (UTC)

• Delete for the same reasons given above. I was suspicious of this file, so I asked about it at WP:MCQ#File:Peachtree tshirt 2009.jpg. The photo for sure can be licensed as own work, but not the logo on the T-shirt. Most likely the copyright on the logo is held by the organizers of the Peachtree Road Race or the person who actually created the design. It might be possible to keep this as non-free content, but I cannot see any way for non-free use to be justified based upon Peachtree Road Race#T-shirt, so the file would not have an acceptable non-free use and would eventually be deleted per WP:F5. -- Marchjuly (talk) 11:37, 23 April 2018 (UTC)
