No indication of permission from the photographer, Susan Anderson, nor of how copyright was transferred to Hugomandolin (who anyway shouldn't be claiming it as "own work"). The image is clearly marked "(c)2016 Susan Anderson Photo ALL RIGHTS RESERVED" in the EXIF data. • Keep; pots and pans and TV remotes are also designed, but that doesn't make them copyrightable. Watches are functional objects, so there's no copyright-related limit on what you can photograph with them. Nyttend (talk) 02:18, 27 September 2017 (UTC)
• Keep Uncopyrightable in the United States at least, per Nyttend's reasoning. Possibly copyrighted in other countries. As an example, here is a French supreme court ruling where photos of chairs were ruled to violate the copyright of the chairs. Rolex seems to be a Swiss company and I don't know what Swiss law says about utilitarian objects, but the file can at least be kept locally on Wikipedia. --Stefan2 (talk) 12:08, 27 September 2017 (UTC)
