The Catalan-speaking countries, in broad terms Catalonia, the Valencian Community and the Balearic Islands

Welcome to WikiProject Catalan-speaking countries! Several Wikipedians have formed this collaboration resource and group dedicated to improving Wikipedia's coverage of the countries and territories where the Catalan language is spoken: Catalonia, the Valencian Community, the Balearic Islands, Andorra and other adjacent areas (Northern Catalonia, La Franja, El Carxe and L'Alguer). It also covers the culture and history of the Catalan-speaking countries.

Goals

Improve the coverage of relevant issues
Improve the quality of existing articles
Categorise and assess existing articles
Discuss relevant neutral point of view standards

All articles related to:

Catalonia, the Valencian Community (a.k.a. Valencian Country), the Balearic Islands, and smaller adjacent areas where Catalan is spoken (Andorra, Northern Catalonia, La Franja, El Carxe and L'Alguer)
The Catalan language and the history and culture of the Catalan-speaking countries
