I propose redirecting to Big Loud because it fails GNG and NCORP on its own. Jerod Lycett (talk) 01:56, 7 August 2026 (UTC)

This article focuses on the application of winning hearts and minds, but tangentially in the Iraq context. This would fit better on the broader page on its applications throughout history. Longhornsg (talk) 01:29, 7 August 2026 (UTC)

Aside from a mention in the news related to Marlyn Mansfield as one of the dolls she has in her collection, there are no other secondary sources to hold this article afloat in terms of history, interview with founders or similar, etc. I also explored options to see if sites like horror.com which has a bit more information is a reliable source based on Wikiproject Horror list, but did not find it in their list of reliable sources. There were no lists of such in the Toy Wikiproject either. ABehjat (talk) 01:04, 7 August 2026 (UTC)

Note: This formal merge proposal was incorrectly opened on the article's talk page. Following the March 2026 RfC, formal merge discussions are now held at AfD rather than the historical Proposed article mergers process (PAM). I've moved the discussion accordingly per WP:TPO.
- Merge into Fear#Society and culture
Since this encyclopedia article treats or addresses the Hispanic cultural aspect of the frightness or fear, I think would be better to merge into this, since it is short. Fotoliptofono (talk) 01:12, 6 August 2026 (UTC)

- Bridge to Terabithia (1985 film) (edit | talk | history | protect | delete | links | watch | logs | views) – (View AfD | edits since nomination)
- (Find sources: Google (books · news · scholar · free images · WP refs) · FENS · JSTOR · TWL)
I do not think this film meets the criteria's for WP:NFILM, WP:SIGCOV, and WP:GNG. The article relies on a single source, which appears dead upon checking. Upon my WP:BEFORE search, there is absolutely zero independent coverage dedicated to this film. There is some coverage of it in some discussions of the 2007 film, but nothing that establishes this film as something that can stand on its own ground. Not to mention almost all of it is painfully unsourced and (mostly) consists of a plot summary. There isn't a release section, or even critical reception at that. I suggest a redirect to either the Bridge to Terabithia disambiguation page, or full on deleted. Gavetheman555 (talk) 00:58, 7 August 2026 (UTC)

I propose merging to Timelike homotopy because a significant amount of the (little) content is duplicated and would be better organised in a single article. Homotopy#Timelike homotopy has an additional summary of this which links to both articles. 1234qwer1234qwer4 00:43, 7 August 2026 (UTC)

Does not appear to meet WP:GNG or another subject-specific notability guideline (e.g., WP:AUTHOR). The citations provided are an online community profile and links to purchase books which the subject has (co-)authored. A search finds no significant coverage in reliable sources to support a biographical article. --Kinu t/c 00:29, 7 August 2026 (UTC)
- Comment: I am also of the belief that the content of this article was generated by an LLM, given some of the generalizations, hagiographic style, and significant portions of the article lacking citations. --Kinu t/c 00:40, 7 August 2026 (UTC)
- Comment has an h-index of 14, with 1000 something citations. This book review , for a book the subject co-authored. I'm not sure we're at notability... Is the H-factor enough for PROF? Oaktree b (talk) 00:35, 7 August 2026 (UTC)

I propose merging to unary numeral system because it is listed as another term for the same thing in the article and appears to be such. Knowswheretheirtowelis (talk) 20:59, 30 July 2026 (UTC)

- Oppose - The word 'code' implies symbols. Assigning a numeric value to the symbols is a subset of language. A character device is the foundation of computing which implies linguistic symbols that may or may not have numerical values but need to be read and written. Unbounded code also imply unbounded set of symbols. Base 10 or base 26 or base 256 can result in a limited code set that cannot accommodate multiple languages. 97d07dad-8ddb-4b7a-ab17-f4d4e7ca376f (talk) 13:34, 1 August 2026 (UTC)
- Oppose. The use of a trailing 0 in unary coding makes it have significantly different properties, in terms of coding theory, from unary numerals. In particular, unary coding forms a prefix code but unary numerals do not form a valid code at all. —David Eppstein (talk) 21:42, 30 July 2026 (UTC)

- Redirect to Dhubri#Colleges, where it's listed, as an ATD-R. Additional searches yielded some ROUTINE and TRIVIAL reportage but nothing with SIGCOV to warrant standalone notability. BhikhariInformer 📮 (Ping me or else I won't see it) 02:29, 31 July 2026 (UTC)

- Merge to Gauhati University. Not enough SIGCOV for standalone article, but merging the information from the article into Gauhati University is the best. Sof1a510 (talk) 04:07, 7 August 2026 (UTC)
