VOdds is a sports betting brokerage and bookmaker aggregation platform operated by Ole Group International B.V., a company registered in Curaçao.[1]
History
[edit]VOdds was established in 2016 and is based in Willemstad, Curaçao. The platform is operated by Ole Group International B.V. The Curaçao Gaming Authority lists vodds.com as operating under licence No. OGL/2024/1358/1233, granted to Ole Group International B.V. on 25 July 2025.[2] VOdds states that it previously operated under Curaçao master licence No. 8048/JAZ issued to Antillephone N.V.[3] Curaçao's Landsverordening op de kansspelen (LOK), or National Ordinance on Games of Chance, entered into force on 24 December 2024 and introduced a new regulatory framework for online gambling.[4] VOdds uses Globenance Solutions Ltd., a Cyprus-incorporated company, as its authorised payment agent.[1]
By December 2024, VOdds' updated platform included its Odds Scanner, an odds-comparison feature for comparing pricing from multiple bookmakers in real time.[5] The tool covers football, including the Premier League, UEFA Champions League and FIFA World Cup, as well as basketball competitions including the NBA and EuroLeague, and tennis events on the ATP Tour and WTA Tour.[6]
A 2019 study of odds across 11 European leagues found that selecting the best available odds across bookmakers affected assessments of market efficiency, with three leagues showing inefficiencies that implied potential profit opportunities.[7]
Operations
[edit]VOdds operates as a betting intermediary rather than a bookmaker. Bets are placed with third-party partner bookmakers, while VOdds provides an aggregated platform and single-wallet interface.[1]
The platform focuses primarily on football, basketball and tennis, while also providing access to markets for cricket, esports, mixed martial arts, boxing and ice hockey, among other sports.[8]
