Testosterone glucuronide is an endogenous, naturally occurring steroid and minor urinary metabolite of testosterone.[1]

Formation

Glucuronosyltransferase enzymes convert testosterone to its glucuronide by adding a sugar acid at the hydroxy group, with uridine diphosphate (UDP) as byproduct:[2]
