Change to "Levantine Arabic"

ISO merged all of us into one language in 2023 .

صبحنا كلنا مع بعض

I edited all levels, 0-5, N, and the main page to reflect this.

I did also change هيدا to هادا\هاد. If this makes me a حمار, please let me know why.

I was originally just going to make a separate one for ajp but I guess my mother tongue is a deprecated language now...
