"min. 3 znaki" is undertranslated: should be "min. 3 characters" or "min. 3 letters", whatever an Englischmann would say. --Altenmann >talk

Partly done @Fortek67: my apologies. I completely misunderstood your request. Thank you for clarifying. I have made the requested change to add the website, but left the translated title as even Statistics Poland states that "Central Statistical Office" is the literal translation.
