Should we mention "not neutral" in the template?

To aid the public and new editors, should we add those words to all essay-related templates? I'm coming from Wikipedia:Village_pump_(proposals)#Pages_(non-articles)_that_are_not_neutral_must_have_a_template_disclosing_of_their_non-neutrality. What about something like this:
