title= isn't working

I added a title= attribute as suggested by the documentation, but it has no effect that I can see. ★NealMcB★ (talk) 00:31, 24 March 2015 (UTC)Reply

It worked for me here (both with IE and Firefox; better with Firefox, since there is no distracting other box displayed). Where did it not work? — Sebastian 10:20, 24 March 2015 (UTC)Reply

Oops - I think I switched from how to why and got confused. I see now it works for how, but not for Template:why, e.g. at Wow! signal. Sorry for the confusion! So I suggest that a similar change for Why would be helpful :) ★NealMcB★ (talk) 15:53, 4 April 2015 (UTC)Reply
