Non-breaking spaces

24-hour time and leading zeroes
[edit]This template allows 24-hour times with truncated leading zeroes (ie, hour_format=G). But this section of MOS, under the 24-hour clock times subsection, specifically says otherwise: "Hours under 10 should have a leading zero (08:15)."
