Not done. I don't know if this template is ever substed, but this proposed change would change its behavior. Right now, substing this template produces a signature. With the proposed change, substing the template would produce ~~~~ (wikitext ~~{{^}}~~). Description of suggested change: Change ~~<noinclude></noinclude>~~ to ~~{{safesubst:<noinclude/>ifsubst||{{void}}}}~~ to guarantee the non-conversion of transclusions into signatures and the conversion of substitutions into signatures. Change already tested in sandbox.
