This regional WikiProject user template creates a userbox that indicates that you actively participate in WikiProject Syria.
To join WikiProject Syria, add your username to Wikipedia:WikiProject Syria/Participants.

Use

If you place the Wikitext {{User WP Syria}} on your user page, this template will display the following userbox:

This user participates in
WikiProject Syria.

If you place the Wikitext {{User WP Syria|invite}} on your user page, this template will display the following userbox:

This user invites you to join
WikiProject Syria.

Either of these will add your user page to the following two categories:

• Category:WikiProject Syria participants
• Category:Wikipedians interested in Syria

A nocat=true parameter may be used to inhibit the declaration of these categories.
