This regional WikiProject user template creates a userbox that indicates that you actively participate in WikiProject Rhode Island.
To join WikiProject Rhode Island, add your username to Wikipedia:WikiProject Rhode Island#Members.
Use

Either of these will add your user page to the following two categories:
