Usage

• {{solar radius}} → R_☉
• {{solar radius|FOOBAR}} → FOOBAR R_☉ (with non-breaking space)

Usually, this will be used as:

• {{solar radius|10}} → 10 R_☉
• {{solar radius|{{val|13|1|-2|e=7}}}} → 13+1
  −2×10⁷ R_☉

Alternatively, one could use:

• {{val|12|e=8|u=solar radius}} → 12×10⁸ R_☉
• {{val|12|e=8|u=R_solar}} → 12×10⁸ R_☉

Instead of {{solar radius}} one can use the shorter version {{RSun}} with the same functionality:

• {{RSun|10}} → 10 R_☉
• {{RSun}} → R_☉

Options

To include a link to solar radius, use the |link=yes parameter (or |link=y):

• {{solar radius|link=yes}} → R_☉

Alternatively, one could use:

For a first mention in prose that complies with MOS:CONVERSIONS, specify a value and set the "first" parameter:
