Template:Project page header/doc

This is a page header template for WikiProjects. It is configured with several variables (or will be) to format it to do different things.

Usage

Syntax

 |Heading name
 |image        = <!-- Required, set the image to be used in the banner. the "File:" prefix is not needed-->
 |image_size   = <!-- changes the image size, defaults to 100px. The "px" is not needed -->
 |project      = <!-- Required, set the name of the project -->
 |shortcut     = <!-- places a standard shortcut box on the right side of the box -->
 |border       = <!-- sets border color, defaults to gray. -->
 |bgcolor      = <!-- sets background color, defaults to lightblue. -->

Simple usage

To add a heading below the banner, use the following code:
{{Project page header }}

Which will generate:

WikiProject Food & Drink

Headings

To add a heading below the banner, use the following code:
{{Project page header|Heading name}}

Which will generate:

WikiProject Food & Drink  Heading name

Shortcut

To add a shortcut link inside the banner, use the following code:

{{Project page header|...|shortcut=Shortcut link}}

Which will generate:

WikiProject Food & Drink
