[edit]Begin the MMA record table with this template followed by rows such as:
|-
| {{yes2}}Win
| style="text-align:center;" | 1–0
| Charlie Davidson
| TKO (punches)
| Cage of Truth 2
| {{dts|format=dmy|2008|March|8}}

End the table using the matching {{MMA record end}} template.
Note that this template has one parameter for the table caption. This is required per MOS:TABLECAPTION. Insert a meaningful caption such as:
{{MMA record start|Example person mixed martial arts record}}
which will render as:
| Res. | Record | Opponent | Method | Event | Date | Round | Time | Location | Notes |
|---|
Note: do not use <small>, {{Small|}} or other means of reducing the font inside this template. The template already reduces the text to 85% and itmay not go lower as per MOS:SMALL due to accessibility issues.
