Usage

Tags text as being Chinese characters, or CJK ideographs, but in an unspecified language.

Meaning, the text could be either

specifically presenting the characters in and of themselves, without tying them to any specific language, or
they could equally belong to one of several languages that use Chinese characters as a part of their writing system.

Specifically, this template applies the ISO 639-3 language tag und-Hani to text.
