Tantulum elegans is a species of freshwater slug, an aquatic shell-less gastropod mollusc within the superfamily Acochlidioidea. It is the only species in the genus Tantulum.[2]
This species has no shell.[1] The maximum recorded length is 2 mm.[3]
Distribution
[edit]This species occurs in the Caribbean island of Saint Vincent. It was collected at an altitude of 411.5 m.[3]
Ecology
[edit]Tantulum elegans are sequential hermaphrodites.[4]
