DiplomatTesterMan, Circle is the recognized subunit of district in Arunachal Pradesh.^[1] This is the only unit that should go in the lead paragraphs of Arunachal places. CD Blocks, even though favoured by the Census of India in its tables, are merely meant for GoI official purposes, and do not have any value outside. -- Kautilya3 (talk) 11:01, 12 July 2021 (UTC)Reply
