Issues with the name

[edit]

1) The official name of the school - on letterheads, logos, building facades and in all communication - is "Mesivta Yeshiva Rabbi Chaim Berlin". The initialism always used is "MYRCB". I will add it to the lede.

Should the article title be changed?

2) While some people in Israel - media or otherwise - might use "ישיבת", the yeshiva itself, as well as those who study and work in it, use "ישיבה".

3) The flagship building on Coney Island Avenue and Avenue M has "רבינו" (which incorrectly indicates that it's named for two rabbis named Chaim Berlin) on its facade, other buildings and all communication has "רבנו". Yitz711 (talk) 16:45, 1 August 2025 (UTC)Reply
