This section has two long paragraphs to say that there is no evidence for Yarikh being worshiped or even known, save for one mention of a theophoric name. This seems unnecessary and misleading.
I think this entire section should be removed or reduced to one or two sentences. Anyone else have an opinion?
For that matter, the following two sections likewise use many words to say there is little or no evidence for Yarikh worship. The Palmyrene section is shorter, but confirms there is no evidence at all for Yarikh worship, using a whole paragraph to say he wasn't worshipped there.
The entire "1st Millennium BC" section - some 9 or 10 paragraphs - could easily have all relevant information in a single paragraph, or perhaps two - one for possible worship, one for "no worship". Mastakos (talk) 11:46, 20 December 2025 (UTC)Reply
