Requested updates to company information and international operations (COI)

I am an employee of 雅迪科技集团有限公司 (Yadea Technology Group Co., Ltd.) in China. My employer is part of the Yadea group discussed in this article, and I have a conflict of interest. I request independent review of the following proposed changes.

1. Company information

• Retain Wuxi, Jiangsu, China as the headquarters location and add the company's 2025 ESG report as a source.
• Update the employee count to 11,245 as of 31 December 2025.
• Add the Hong Kong Stock Exchange listing code, 1585, and replace the Shanghai Stock Exchange category with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange category. The company's 2018 annual report confirms a Main Board listing on 19 May 2016.
• Review the distinction between the stated 1997 predecessor history and the 2001 founding date reported by the company. Please check the existing source before changing the predecessor history.

2. International operations

Please consider adding these sentences to the History section, or an International operations section if appropriate:

“In May 2025, Yadea began production at a factory in Ocoyoacac, State of Mexico, its first manufacturing facility in North America.”
