Xyloband does not produce the compostable LED wristbands featured on Coldplay's Music of the Spheres tour. They have worked with a vendor called PixMob for over a decade, and PixMob is the company that invented their current compostable wristbands specifically in collaboration with the band. The wristband technology as well as the controller technology is also a huge evolution from their original vendor, which is how the tour has integrated moving graphics on the crowd with the LED wristbands. Both technologies are patented by PixMob. WSJ did an article on the topic for sourcing. https://www.wsj.com/video/series/tech-behind/the-tech-behind-how-concert-led-light-wristbands-work/EAA54145-D07A-4100-8153-2EAF8D671921 131.226.36.27 (talk) 18:18, 23 April 2025 (UTC)Reply
