I made a few corrections to the station's text. WYOPTV (KCWC-TV) is located in Riverton, WY, not Lander. I also added that their main facilities are located on the Central Wyoming College campus (they are right off of the student center). I also uploaded the station logo and linked it up. • A member of PBS I think you need to spell out what PBS is in full here. But otherwise, if the acronym is supposed to be widely known, then I don't really require this.
  • This shouldn't be necessary given that the article for PBS is at PBS. (There is one exception in reverse you will see in my pages: American Broadcasting Company but "ABC" on first mention.)

• Over the succeeding decades, KCWC-TV's signal slowly expanded by way of translators in the rest of Wyoming, in conjunction with the state's cable providers; at times, more ambitious expansion plans were curtailed by budget cuts. Just split this sentence at the semicolon
  • Also "by way of translators" sounds rather encyclopedic here.
• Wyoming PBS's reliance on low-power translators as well as the way media markets are drawn in Wyoming, with most counties assigned to out-of-state markets such as Denver and Salt Lake City, have limited its availability on direct broadcast satellite. This sentence is a bit rather convoluted and I think it's best you try simplify this. Maybe: Wyoming PBS has limited availability on direct broadcast satellite. This is due to the channel's reliance on low-power translators, and how most counties are assigned to out-of-state media markets such as Denver and Salt Lake City.

History

• It took Wyoming until 1983 to have an educational television station within its borders. While efforts to establish an educational television station or system in Wyoming dated to the early days of television, they all failed as legislators never granted funding for the project. This sentence is missing a citation.
• As early as 1951, the university was interested in filing to use the channel, but it had to wait for Wyoming's biennial legislature to convene in 1953 to give it permission. – ..., but had to wait until Wyoming's biennial legislature convened in 1953 to obtain permission.

• Ref 42a on Fiscal Year: the statement states for fiscal year 2024 but the source provided is for FY23.
  • Changed with a new primary ref.
• Optional: I note some use of primary sources here. While this isn't an issue at the GAN stage, I might recommend in the future to try find more independent sources, especially with regard to PBS' programming and for the fiscal year.
  • It's unavoidable. The funding reports that I've typically used for this are ones that were sent to the CPB, so I had standardized language. The upside is that there's a lot more writing about PBS stations in the last three months than maybe on aggregate in the last three years.
