Page title update

I would like to propose updating the title of the article, as the platform has not been called FIDE Online Arena for quite some time. The current and officially used name is World Chess Arena, which is reflected in its branding and official sources.
To avoid confusion and ensure the accuracy of the information, it would be logical to rename the article to World Chess Arena and update the content accordingly.
