Although I started this article I now feel it would be better merged with Winfrith Newburgh and "Winfrith" redirected to there. Any opinions? Britmax 12:54, 14 November 2006 (UTC)Reply

I think it should be kept as it is. It would help with efforts to organize information about past and present nuclear sites. It's not a completely useless stub. -Theanphibian (talkcontribs) 23:50, 5 October 2007 (UTC)Reply

I think that this article should be renamed to something like "Winfrith Nuclear Power Station" and "Winfrith" should redirect to Winfrith Newburgh. 31.52.127.108 (talk) 00:41, 10 October 2011 (UTC)Reply

I'm inclined to agree that the title of this article should contain some reference to the nuclear facility (as was). In the meantime, I've assessed the article (as it stands) for the Dorset WikiProject; I've rated it as being of 'Mid' importance, even though the site is being decommissioned, as the history of the site is important both for the nuclear industry as a whole and also the wider region.
