Merge VistaPE

- Wrong. WinBuilder is a completely independent development that is used to power boot disk projects that range from windows 9x all the way up to new projects with windows 7. - That makes me right, not wrong, because what you just said makes VistaPE not independently notable of Winbuilder. Pcap ping 21:10, 2 March 2010 (UTC)
- The latest version of WinBuilder is 080 and was released in February of 2010. None of the developers involved on the development of WinBuilder are involved on the VistaPE project. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 128.237.248.234 (talk) 03:48, 2 April 2010 (UTC)
