I wanted to ask whether you have any conflict of interest with the subject of this article because your edit history suggests that you are a WP:SPA. Basically, do you know this person in real life or do you work with or for this person. Maybe, it looks like there is some quoting here and there and it seems to be focused on the podcast a bit, but overall it's got some decent coverage.
Maybe, it looks like it's a local alt-weekly publication that recently changed management. Their submission guide for freelance writers makes me think their editorial policy are pretty decent. It also looks like the author joined the staff as an editor shortly before writing the piece.
Maybe, it's not a full profile piece in the NYT, but it's not bad.
Maybe, this appears to be a local newspaper and I don't see any editorial policies or list of staff. There is a byline, but there isn't any information about the author other than their name. Googling the name along with the name of the publication brings up the person's instagram, which says he is a contributor not a staff member.
Maybe, student news is generally less reliable, but as far as student newspapers go this is a pretty good one. It's well established and appears to be transparent about how the paper is run and they have some pretty decent editorial policies.
